We are now taking applications from artists of any medium / background / skill level, who’d like AFFORDABLE co-working space in Waitsfield. Some work trade may be available.

Do you wish to connect CONSISTENTLY with other artists (in person), gaining beneficial feedback, camaraderie, idea exchange, collaborative energy, retail space, or cross-promotional opportunities?
Do you seek BRIGHT, SUNNY studio space and community-- where you don’t have to clean up every day, or push it all into a closet or corner when everyone gets home? (Concrete FLOOR, SO MESS IS OK.)
Has your project outgrown your dining table, basement, or bedroom? / Need loud music jam space / portrait shoot hours / recording sound or film / a large painting project, etc.?
WE ARE OPEN TO VARIED ARRANGEMENTS AND TIME FRAMES, DEPENDING ON EACH ARTISTS’S NEEDS (AND WE KNOW THOSE CHANGE FREQUENTLY. )
